Charlwood PTA

At  Charlwood, all parents automatically become members of the PTA.

The  aims of the PTA are
  • to  raise funds for the extras for the children
  • to  encourage a sense of community spirit
  • to  help in any way needed
Achieving this can sometimes be hard work and needs many volunteers but it is always thoroughly rewarding. The children’s delight at the firework display, the joy  on their faces when they come out of school with their Christmas gifts and the  fun they have at the summer fete (just a few events arranged and funded by the PTA) make being on the committee a purely selfish past time.

The PTA deal with orders for school uniform. Samples are held in the school. The school notice boards hold the latest minutes of our meetings along with committee members names.

The PTA plays a vital part in a school our size. We welcome new faces and new ideas so please don’t hesitate to come forward and join the close and happy atmosphere
a school of our size can generate and enjoy the beginning of your child’s school life as much as
they will.

Charlwood Village Primary School PTA has signed up with easyfundraising.org.uk.  There are over 2,700 retailers to shop with which will all help to raise free funds for our school when you shop with them but won't cost you a penny.

Just visit www.easyfundraising.org.uk/CSPTA and follow the simple steps to sign up.

Keep up to date with PTA events through the Year Group WhatsApp Groups.

THANK YOU!
