Early Birds Club
Our Early Birds Club is for children who attend Charlwood Village Primary School and offers two options for before school childcare. Please note, no breakfast is provided.
- 8.00am ~ 8.45am at a cost of £4.00 per day
Booking and payment can be made on Scopay and we require bookings to be made 24 hours in advance of sessions. You will not be able to book on the day.
Early Bird Club Activities
Pupils are offered a range of indoor and outdoor activities such as games, construction, toys, colouring, books, puzzles, craft and sport to enjoy.
Early Bird Club Policy
- We operate on a first come first served basis - Bookings must be made in Scopay by the parent - places book up quickly so we advise booking early to avoid disappointment.
- We take a maximum of 20 children.
- Bookings must be made at least a day in advance, block bookings can also be taken.
- Payment must be made in advance of at least one day.
- We are unable to accept children where a booking has not been made or parents have not paid in advance.
- Concession costs will be changed in Scopay by the office once the parent has made the booking - please inform the office if you need the code changed, or want us to pre-book these in advance.
- Cancellations will need to be made by 3pm the day before, or you will be charged for your space. (This will include reduced price sessions - where you will be charged for the full session at the full rate)
- Refunds will only be issued if a child does not attend due to ill health.
- Children must not arrive before 8am, the door will be unlocked a few minutes before 8am
- We adhere to strict child staff ratios.
- A first aid trained member of staff will always be on duty.
- Please do not send your child in with food to be eaten at Early Birds due to allergies.
