Afternoon             13.20 - 15.15

Pupils can arrive from 8.45am and take part in the class early morning challenge,  the register is taken at 9am.
To get the best out of our school, children are encouraged to arrive from 8.45 a.m. at the start of the day.  Punctuality is essential.
Parents with children in the Reception/Early Years class are asked initially to bring their children into the classroom at the beginning of the day and to collect them from the Blue Gates, where they come in, in the mornig at 12.15 p.m. for part-time and 3.15 p.m. for full time children.  Parents of older classes meet their children in the playground.  If you are late picking up your child they will be looked after within the safety of the reception area.  Please try to telephone us should you know that you will be late as this saves a great deal of anxiety on everyone's part!  Parents must phone the school to inform us if they have arranged for somebody else to collect their child.  We will not allow any child to be collected by an adult who has not been authorised by the child's parent or carer.

School Meals
School Meals are served in a separate dining hall and the children are encouraged to eat the daily cooked midday meal.  All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school meal.  Alternatively children may bring a packed lunch which they, too, eat in the dining hall.  Packed lunch children are also invited to join the school meals children for special meals that are arranged throughout the year.  Full details will be sent home when these events are arranged.  Lunch arrangements can only be changed with one weeks notice.

Free School Meals
Although children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 at our school no longer need to pay for their meals as a school we still appreciate knowing about those children that are eligible for free school meals as the funding is very important to us and the children.  Please contact the school office if you think you may be eligible.

Forms are available from the school office.
