Healthy Eating
Healthy Eating is an important focus at our school.  The children are taught the benefits of growing their own fruit, vegetables and herbs which are used in the kitchen and sold to parents.
To encourage healthy eating we offer our packed lunch children the opportunity to join our school meal children specific days. Roast days, Wednesdays, are always a big hit with pupils.  These days have proved very popular.  We also offer other 'special' days during the year that our packed lunch children can join in with.  Christmas has the traditional Christmas Dinner and Christmas Party days where there is only one or two children that don't have the meals.
